Corydoras pygmaeus with inflated swim bladder

I have a male Corydoras pygmaeus with a swim bladder that has become inflated and appears to be incapable of releasing the air within it itself, i.e. it is blocked. Can anyone suggest what I can do to help this fish recover, or to treat the issue?
