Holotype (unique): Münchner Tierpark AG 92/139 (lost) ?= NMW 84287. Holotype lost in WWII. •Synonym of Corydoras ambiacus Cope 1872 -- (Nijssen & Isbrücker 1980:194 [ref. 6910], Isbrücker 2001:220 [ref. 26805], Reis in Reis et al. 2003:294 [ref. 27061]). = Corydoras ambiacus Cope 1872. Callichthyidae: Corydoradinae.
